Every customer with Ambassador status, is entitled to the gift from the month of their Nespresso birthday. Can be removed when ordering capsules within 12 months after this date. The customer must still have Ambassador status when withdrawing the gift.

The monthly fee must be payed exclusively by credit card, except prepaid and virtual cards. The next fees will be charged on the same day of the month in which your Subscription was contracted. You can change your credit card through our website. In case of lost, expiration, theft, or any other reason that you need to change the stored credit card you can update the data by accessing your account by filling in the login fields with your email address and password. Then, "My Account - Subscriptions" and click on "Change credit card".

It is a Nespresso capsule subscription service which includes a Free machine, created for the convenience of members. From the three plans available, you may choose the one that best suits you and use the credits to buy your favorite coffees every month, with free shipping. Your contract will be valid for 12 months, with a monthly charge being made to your credit card according to the amount corresponding to the chosen plan. A credit of equal value will be made available every month in your Nespresso account for you to buy capsules and/or accessories that you wish.You can use your credit whenever you want. It is cumulative, and you don't have to use all the credit every month. The credit may be used up to 1 year after termination of your 12-month contract.
