We kindly ask to perform the following tests:
- Try plugging the machine into a different outlet and with a different adapter;
- Make sure that the machine is not connected to a multiple outlet or adapter with other connected appliances;
- Check if adapter corresponds to the correct voltage: 110V machines to use 20 amps adapter;
- We recommend that machine is plugged directly into a standard INMETRO outlet;
- If you need a transformer, check the machine voltage to guarantee the best fit for consumption.

Yes. To do so, just visit the Boutique closest to you, carrying the machine's serial number, CPF and purchase invoice or tax coupon, until 10/21/2023.
