To offer a complete coffee experience according to your needs, we do not offer the purchase of capsules for your home (domestic or classic line) on the Nespresso Professional website.

Every company that has a Nespresso Professional machine in its business has a company code. The employee must have this code in hand to perform their first Online Registration here.

To register online as an individual (Moment N), simply access this page and enter your data, including: the company registration number, personal data and email for online registration. We suggest using an alternative email to the one used in the Nespresso Domestic Line account, if you have one.

Within 1 business day the account activation link will be sent to your email, requesting the creation of the account password online.

Domestic Line and Professional Line accounts must be different. To make your purchases of Nespresso Professional capsules for consumption in the company or office, you need to have a new login and password with e-mails different from the Domestic Line (if you have registered on this channel).

After completing the registration request as a collaborator on the Nespresso Professional website, a link to set the password will be sent to the registered email within 24 working hours.

The e-mail to register the password is valid for 72 hours after the moment it was sent. If you do not create your password within this period, just request the resend of e-mail through FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?.

The delivery time indicated below must be considered only for orders approved until 12:00p.m. After this, please add 1 business day to it.

Nespresso capsules are aluminum and hermetically sealed, which preserves coffee from contact with oxygen, light and moisture, ensuring the freshness and quality of coffee.

The shelf life of coffees is 12 months from the date of manufacture.

To guarantee an always perfect espresso, Nespresso never sells capsules with a shelf life of less than 2 months. In all packaging you will find the date of manufacture and expiration date of the products.

Professional line capsules are only available on the website or by calling 0800 7777 747. Nespresso Boutiques sell exclusively Domestic Line capsules.

Nespresso Professional has 13 varieties of coffee, divided into 5 ranges:

• Ristretto - a coffee extracted in 25ml. Ristretto and Ristretto Intenso options;
• Espresso - is a coffee extracted in 40ml. Options Espresso Forte, Espresso Leggero and Espresso Decaffeinato;
• Lungo - is a coffee extracted in 110ml. Lungo Forte, Lungo Leggero and Lungo Decaffeinato options;
• Origin - India, Guatemala and Brazil options;
• Flavored - Espresso Vanilla and Espresso Caramel options (natural flavors, without allergens).

We use aluminum because it is the best material to protect the freshness, aroma and quality of our coffees.

Aluminum is a naturally occurring metal and is infinitely recyclable. Thanks to aluminum, there is no need for additional packaging to protect freshness and aroma. Recycled aluminum is extremely versatile. It is estimated that 75% of all aluminum already produced is still in use today, in a wide range of products, from food packaging to cars and computers.

Pure coffee capsules – Ristretto Origin India, Lungo Origin Guatemala and Espresso Origin Brazil coffees – have just undergone a redesign in their visual identity (color and layout of capsules and packaging), but have not changed the profile sensory of each coffee. They are still available in our online boutique and are now called Origin India, Guatemala and Brazil. You can consume your favorite Origin coffees in two different cup sizes, without losing the main characteristics of each coffee:

· Origin India: ristretto and espresso

· Origin Guatemala: espresso and lungo

· Origin Brazil: ristretto and espresso

If you already have an online account at Nespresso Professional website with a password and login, whether Individual or Legal Entity, visit the site and log into your account, click on BUY and choose the capsules of your choice. Finish the order by selecting the delivery method and payment method.

The amount of shipping fee may vary according to your location. It is free for orders over 100 capsules (Moment N) and 150 capsules (company - Legal Entity).

If you are a Legal Entity customer and would like to quote an order for capsules and / or accessories, you can check it on the website (if you already have an online account). Access the site with your login and password, click QUICK ORDER and choose the capsules of your choice. It will be possible to check the unit value of the selected products and the total of the desired order.

If you do not have your online account yet, but you already have a Nespresso Professional machine in your business, enter Register to create it and access your account.

Capsule orders are made from 50 capsules, which correspond to 1 box of coffee of the same variety.

If you have previously placed orders on the website or by phone, you can find in your cart the option “Place a new order just like the previous order”. A window will open with "My Orders" and a summary of the items selected in the previous order, as well as the origin, delivery address, payment method and total amount.

Any product purchased through one of the Nespresso Professional channels - website or telephone - in the event of a defect or need for exchange, can be returned at any of the brand's contact points within 30 days of receipt.

We ask that the product is intact, in its original box, with purchase invoice or return invoice (only for customers with State Registration). When the return is properly completed, Nespresso must refund the value of the merchandise and delivery fees.

You can return any products that doesn't meet your expectations within 07 days after the date of receipt of the order. To request a return on time, please contact our customer service team on 0800 7777 747 (freephone, available from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week).

The cancellation of the order is subject to the return of the order to our Distribution Center. We ask that the product is intact, in its original box, with purchase invoice or return invoice (only for customers with State Registration). When the return is properly completed, Nespresso will refund the value of the product and the delivery fees.

For purchases made via credit card, the refund will occur automatically after the order is canceled in our system. The refund of the amount paid will be made in up to two credit card bills (according to the card's closing date).

In the case of a Legal Entity customer that opted for payment in invoiced bank slip, after the order is canceled in our system, the invoice and the invoice will be automatically disregarded and the refund will be made via credit in our system.

You cannot place non-commercial orders through your professional line account. The accesses of the email address to login to these sites are different.

The external removable parts of professional machines must be washed manually under running water. Do not use a dishwasher as they may cause deformations and breaks in the parts. Also avoid using steel sponges or sponges that can scratch the parts, especially those made of stainless steel, keeping the product quality for much longer.

All Nespresso capsules can be recycled as they are made from aluminum. The aluminum capsules, an infinitely recyclable material, are sent to a partner company for recycling. The coffee is composted and becomes organic fertilizer.
