Nespresso will only accept returns of merchandise in their original condition and packaging accompanied by the invoice.

The removable external spare parts for Nespresso Professional machines should be hand washed. Cleaning them in a dishwasher can potentially cause warping and breakage. Replacement of these parts will always be at the member’s expense.

Yes. You are welcome to change your account details at any time if needed. You will need to log in to your account and click on “My Account” at the top of the page. Click on “My Company Information” and then “Edit my information” — you can now change your company name, contact name and email address used to access your online account. Please allow a delay of 24hrs for all the changes to be reflexted on your online account.

We accept payments by wire transfer or by cheque if we have extended you invoicing terms, you will be able to place orders up to the credit limit that was authorized. Our standard term for repayment is 30 days.

Recurring Orders
You can change your recurring order by logging in to your online account. Once logged in, click on “My Account” at the top of the page and then select “My Recurring Orders”. You can make adjustments by choosing one of the options found under the “Manage” drop down list. Changes are limited to items offered on our website.
