Our professional capsules are packaged in boxes, each containing 50 capsules. For packaging reasons all capsule orders placed must be in a multiple of 50 capsules (50,100,150 etc.) Nespresso provides delivery service for a minimum order of 100 capsules (2 boxes), with a delivery fee of RMB 10 for Beijing/Tianjing/Hebei/ Shanghai/Jiangsu/Zhejiang/Anhui/Guangdong, RMB 15 for other cities. You would be glad to know that we provide free delivery service for orders of a minimum of 300 capsules. Delivery is within China only.

The Professional Coffee Service (PCS) is the service guarantee we offer on our machines. If your machine has our PCS cover, call outs due to faults arising from manufacturing and material defects as well as other malfunctions will be free of charge. This includes labour and spare parts.Do note the PCS does not cover external spare parts.
Professional machines taken out free on loan receive rolling PCS cover. It therefore lasts for as long as you have the machine. Purchased Zenius and Gemini range machines receive one year of cover in with the purchase price. Purchased Aguila range machines receive two years of cover in with the purchase price. We also offer non-gratuitous warranty extension packages for machines within warranty. You are welcome to ask us about the cover on your machine by calling on 400 120 0800.

Payment and Invoicing
You may make payment by several methods. If we have extended you invoicing terms, you will be able to place orders for goods up to the credit limit we afford you. Our standard term for repayment is 30 days.
