Nespresso offers you the opportunity to get your machine repaired by a licensed technician.
Depending on the machine, the offer includes either pick-up, repair in a workshop and return to your company address, or an on-site repair by a technician.
If your machine is out of the twelve-month warranty, the repair will be charged with a flat-rate, so you know how much it will cost, before placing the repair order.
Please contact the Nespresso Technical Service Department on the toll-free number 0800 0263466 for further information. For a fast handling, please have the serial number of your machine at hand.

The shipping costs are 3,90 € plus VAT.
For online orders, these costs do not apply for orders of 300 capsules or more.
For telephone, e-mail and mail orders, shipping costs are waived for orders of 500 capsules or more.
Orders for machines and accessories will always be charged with 3.90 € shipping costs, unless the above capsule quantities are ordered.

Nespresso Professional offers you the following contracts:
Sales: Purchase the machine without being bound by a contract length. Repairs - after the twelve-month warranty - and care products are subject to a charge.
Rent: You have a term contract for the use of a Nespresso Professional machine. During the term, they are subject to a minimum purchase quantity of the capsules and a monthly rental price. Repairs and maintenance are free of charge.Events: You only need a Nespresso Professional machine for an event or a trade fair? We offer you a simple solution if the machine is only needed for a short time.
