Nespresso offers you the opportunity to get your machine repaired by a licensed technician.
Depending on the machine, the offer includes either pick-up, repair in a workshop and return to your company address, or an on-site repair by a technician.
If your machine is out of the twelve-month warranty, the repair will be charged with a flat-rate, so you know how much it will cost, before placing the repair order.
Please contact the Nespresso Technical Service Department on the toll-free number 0800 0263466 for further information. For a fast handling, please have the serial number of your machine at hand.

If your machine is no longer functional, we kindly ask you not to dispose of it in the household waste. Electronic goods belong in special collection and take-back systems; this way, valuable resources can be preserved and the environment can be protected.
Please inquire about the exact requirements with your local waste disposal company.
We also offer you the option to return your machine to us. The return is at your expense, while Nespresso covers the disposal costs.
