However, the authentication step contains instructions regarding the information you need to enter and what to do if you forget your password. Remember that your 3D secure password is not the same as your Nespresso account password.

  • The removable external spare parts for our professional machines should be hand washed rather than put through a dishwashing environment. Cleaning them in a dishwasher can potentially cause warping and breakage. Replacement of these items will always be at the member’s expense.

  • One of our main goals as a company is to make as easy as possible the return of used capsules so they can be recycled.

    If your consumption exceeds 12,000 capsules per year, contact us directly for free collection service. Contact us trough our online chat (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm), call the free phone 900 11 00 20, directly with your commercial o write to us here. 

     If your consumption is less than 12.000 capsules per year, you have different recycling options. Collection points are available at all our Boutiques or in more than 3.000 municipal recycling points, if municipal ordinance allows it. You can find it here.
