You can recycle your capsules in one of the following ways:
- By giving the bag with the capsules for recycling to the courier, who will deliver your order, with the new service "Recycling at home". Το get your Recycling Bag(s) collected at the delivery, just inform us while ordering by phone or select the "Recycling at home" service during your online order.
To add up to five(5) recycling bags in your basket:
-Via Browser, on the "Nespresso Recommends" field, or by choosing "Order Accessories", on the subcategory "Others".
-Via Nespresso App, by choosing "Accessories" and the subcategory "Recycling Products".

The volume of capsules collected is transferred to Mega-eco. A specially designed capsule recycling machine separates the coffee from the aluminum, which is then recycled with environmentally friendly technology, for the production of other products. We use aluminum as packaging material for our capsules because it protects the approximately 900 aromas contained in a Nespresso Capsule. Aluminum can be recycled forever without losing its properties whereas coffee is used as agricultural fertilizer. Nespresso covers the cost of this entire trip to and from recycling points and provides the proceeds of the process on a non-profit basis.

In order to descale your machine, you should purchase the Nespresso descaling kit. This descaling kit is compatible with all Nespresso machines and contains two separate descaling liquids. We recommend one descaling every 600 capsules or once every six months.
The descaling agent gently eliminates the limescale that builds up in your machine over time to ensure that your tasting experience is as perfect as the first machine use. If a repair is required, we offer the following benefits to our Nespresso members:
- Collection of your machine from your preferred address, without delivery charge.
- A loan machine for the duration of the repair.
- Full repair of your machine and a checking of all its components. This service is free if the machine is under warranty (following the warranty terms and conditions of the manufacturer). Outside the warranty period, our Team will inform you about our current flat fees.
- Return of your repaired machine to your preferred address, without delivery charge.
- A 6-month repair warranty extension covering any work carried out of warranty.

Our capsules are hermetically sealed for optimal conservation of coffee aromas and to prevent coffee oxidation. There are two dates indicated on each sleeve: the production date and the best before date. We can ensure the coffee shelf life up to 12 months after the date of production.

For packaging reasons all orders placed by Phone or Online, should be composed of a minimum of 50 capsules. You may mix the sleeves in your order as you wish.
