We will, at our discretion, accept returns or exchange of goods (excluding coffee and other consumables) within 7 days from receipt of goods if the following conditions are all met: • the product was damaged before you received it or there was a discrepancy between ordering and delivery; • the product is still in its original packaging; and • the product is accompanied by the relevant original invoice issued within the same market. RECYCLING

To recycle your used Nespresso capsules, put them in a recycling bag and take them to the nearest Boutique, or simply hand over your used capsules to the delivery person when they deliver your next order.
For Nespresso Professional customers, Nespresso provides free bulk recycling boxes. Once the recycling box is full of used Nespresso capsules, customers can contact us to schedule a pickup.
As both Nespresso Professional and in-home capsules are made with recyclable aluminium, we encourage you to have your employees bring their used Nespresso aluminium capsules from home and add them to your recycling bags or boxes, making it even easier for everyone to live green.
