Each order you place before 10 pm on a weekday, is delivered the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays are delivered the next weekday (usually on Monday). Orders placed on Sundays are prepared on Mondays and are delivered, at the latest, on a Tuesday.

You can return your unused goods on condition that they are in mint condition, they are still in the original packaging and the invoice and completed return form are included in the return package. Used Nespresso capsules are collected via our recycling bags. Two sizes are available free of charge: one that can contain 200 capsules and one for 900 used capsules. It is important to note that the coffee grounds should not be separated from the aluminium as this does not interfere with the recycling process.
The filled recycling bags can be dropped off at any Nespresso Boutique, at a collection point or given to the delivery person with your next coffee order.
