We kindly ask that you do not bring your machine to any Nespresso Boutique or any other locations for troubleshooting, as these sites are not equipped for machine repairs.
Our dedicated Coffee Specialists can assist you directly via phone or video call to diagnose the issue. If a repair is required, we will arrange for our Service Team (Nespresso Machine Experts) to collect your machine for a detailed inspection.If available, we will provide a complimentary loan machine for you to enjoy your coffee while your machine is being serviced.

We're sorry to see you go — but if you'd like to cancel your subscription, here's how:ÂCoffee Subscription PlanYou may cancel your plan by contacting our Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 80 7001 (toll-free, 8am–10pm daily).Our team will assist with the cancellation process and confirm any remaining Club Credit or applicable charges.ÂMachine Subscription PlanMachine Subscription Plans come with a 12-month Minimum Subscription Term. Early cancellation may result in:- A Cancellation Fee (refer to Terms & Conditions)- Outstanding payments that must be settledÂTo cancel, please contact our Customer Relationship Centre at 1800 80 7001. Your subscription status will be reviewed before cancellation is confirmed.Â⚠️ Note: Once cancelled, no new monthly credits will be issued. Any remaining Club Credit may be forfeited based on the Terms & Conditions.

During the 2-year warranty period, Nespresso offers the Nespresso Assistance Package for machines that are covered with valid warranty.
For machines that are out of/not covered with warranty you will be presented with a quote based on which you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the repair. It is a special service which allows you to place your order and collect them at our selected Nespresso boutique. Once your online order is processed, your order will be ready for pick-up after 2 hours at the selected boutique. This is a complimentary free service and no minimum spending is required.
*Products offered for this service includes capsules and selected machines only.
