Please note that if you have a Zenius machine you will need to turn on the descaling alarm to receive these warnings. Nespresso provides free bulk recycling boxes kit and covers the cost of returning used Nespresso aluminium capsules.
Once the recycling box is full of used Nespresso capsules, customers can visit www.nespresso.com/recyclingpro and follow the links to organise pickup.
