Starting a subscription:
To start your NESPRESSO Subscription | SUBSCRIPTION & YOU, select your subscription level that meets your needs from three available options: 70 zł / month, 130 zł / month or 200 zł / month. Then place your order by adding minimum coffees to your cart value of the selected subscription option (the value of the coffees before charging will be taken into account discount from the selected subscription option). The code will be provided in the third step of the order activating subscription, which must be entered in the basket when finalizing the order. To make payment, you must provide the card details from which monthly fees will be charged.

After starting the subscription:
You are charged every month according to the selected fee subscription variant that will remain saved as credit on your Nespresso account. You can use them to buy coffee, Nespresso machines or accessories at nespresso.com, using the Nespresso application, in Nespresso Boutiques or via the free Hotline. A discount on coffee is due compatible with the selected subscription variant is charged from the first order. Offer valid only on the territory of Poland.​

From the NESPRESSO subscription program | Everyone can benefit from SUBSCRIPTION & YOU registered Nespresso Club user.

These are funds to be used for purchases at Nespresso, which come from your monthly fees. It's up to you to decide whether you will use it immediately or spend it on larger purchases future. You can always check your available funds balance by logging into your account, by calling our hotline at free number 800 51 52 53 or visiting the nearest Nespresso boutique.

Discount due in the amount consistent with the selected subscription option (5%, 10% or 12%) is charged for coffee in the basket in each order within the monthly limit described in Detailed Regulations NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION & YOU. For the subscription variant PLN 200 / month, an additional 20% discount on accessories and a 50% discount on the set descaling and is charged from the second order within the monthly limit described in Detailed Regulations NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION & YOU.

All funds in your Nespresso account should be used for purchases on website www.nespresso.com, via the Hotline or in Nespresso Boutiques in Poland, on time up to 12 months from the date of termination or expiration of the subscription agreement, incl otherwise, they will no longer be able to be used and will not be subject to refund, payment or exchange for any equivalent.​

An amount of 1 grosz will be debited from your account at the time of signing the contract NESPRESSO subscription program | SUBSCRIPTION & YOU. In each subsequent month from yours funds will be charged to your account in the amount consistent with the selected subscription option.

Exclusive offers are limited-time offers or products available only to customers in NESPRESSO subscription | SUBSCRIPTION & YOU.

Pre-sale means you can buy coffees or other Nespresso products before they are officially released for general sale.

Yes, your subscription will last as long as you continue to make monthly payments payments. If you feel you need a break, you can pause yours at any time subscription or change its variant to adapt it to your needs. Moreover possible is to cancel your subscription at any time without any consequences.

After suspending or canceling your subscription, you will be able to use the accumulated funds on your Nespresso account. After purchasing a coffee machine at a promotional price, a fee is charged every month according to the selected one a subscription option that will be saved as credit to your Nespresso account. You can use them to purchase Nespresso coffee, machines or accessories at nespresso.com, z using the Nespresso application, in Nespresso Boutiques or via the free Hotline. Offer valid only on the territory of Poland.​

​NESPRESSO Agreement | SUBSCRIPTION – MACHINE FOR 1 ZŁ is a contract concluded for a fixed period 12 months, after which it is extended for an indefinite period. Nevertheless, it always exists possibility termination of this contract, i.e. cancellation of your NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION – EXPRESS FOR 1 ZŁ at any time. However, remember that if you decide to to cancel your NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION & MACHINE FOR 1 ZŁ (contract termination) before the expiry of the first 12 months of its validity, you will be obliged to incurring a fee related to early cancellation of the subscription - the amount of this fee check NESPRESSO Detailed Regulations | SUBSCRIPTION – EXPRESS FOR PLN 1. ​To unsubscribe, go to the contact section - /pl/en/contact-us, contact the Customer Service Center at toll-free number 800 51 52 53 or visit one of the Nespresso Boutiques in Poland.

In the event that you cancel your NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION – MACHINE FOR 1 ZŁ, means accumulated in your Nespresso account should be used by you for purchases on website www.nespresso.com, via the application, via the Hotline or in Nespresso Boutiques in Poland, within 12 months from the date of termination or expiry of the contract Nespresso subscriptions, otherwise - they will no longer be able to be used, they will not be available they too be refunded, withdrawn or exchanged for any equivalent. If, in connection with early cancellation of your Nespresso subscription, you will be liable to pay a fee related to early cancellation of your subscription - we may reduce your credit balance for your Nespresso account by the amount of this fee, specified in the regulations of NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION – MACHINE FOR 1 ZŁ.

It is possible to purchase a subscription on behalf of the employer. If you run subscription as a representative of the company, please provide us with a copy of the power of attorney on plankawowy@nespresso.com immediately after placing your order. Lack of power of attorney will prevent the order from being processed.

After 12 months, the contract is automatically converted into the NEPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION & YOU contract for an indefinite period - with the same level of monthly fees as was valid for the NESPRESSO | contract SUBSCRIPTION – MACHINE FOR 1 ZŁ. Under this agreement you get 5% discount for the purchase of Nespresso coffee if your monthly fee is 100 zł, 10% discount on coffee, if yours the monthly fee is 150 zł, or a 12% discount on coffee and additional benefits if your fee monthly fee is 210 zł, 250 zł or 320 zł. NESPRESSO | SUBSCRIPTION & YOU extended for an indefinite period, you can unsubscribe at any time, without any consequences, and all unused funds will be available on your Nespresso account for the next 12 months.​​

When setting up a Nespresso Subscription, it is necessary to provide payment card details, therefore this can only be done via the website or in person at the Nespresso Boutique.

No, both machines are based on different coffee brewing technologies and it results directly from the characteristics of both systems. The Vertuo line is intended primarily for lovers of longer coffees, so the technology of extracting coffee in the machine had to be designed to ensure the right parameters of brewing coffees with a larger volume while maintaining excellent taste and intense aromas. Therefore it required a different brewing technology than the one found in the Original line of machines.

Both the Vertuo and Original systems offer a wide selection of high-quality coffees. The coffee blends are different, as each coffee is specially created. The entire process of creating specific blends includes rigorous selection of beans, expert mixing, roasting and grinding to obtain the best taste and aroma, and in the case of Vertuo also harmony with the specific brewing parameters provided by the Centrifusion system. As these parameters differ from those found in Original system, the mixtures must also be different. However, in the case of both systems, more than 94% of coffee is obtained under the AAA Sustainable Quality ™ program, which aims to implement the principles of sustainable development around plantations. Initiated in 2003 in collaboration with the Rainforest Alliance, the program contributes to increasing the quantity and quality of crops, ensuring the sustainable production of high-quality coffee and improving the quality of life for growers and their communities.

No, Original capsules are only suitable for coffee machines from Original line, while Vertuo capsules are only suitable for Vertuo coffee machines.

Both systems are different and are intended for different groups of coffee lovers. The Original system is the perfect solution for people who appreciate classic Espresso and coffees based on it (Lungo, or coffees with milk in the case of coffee machines with a milk solution, or when using the Aeroccino frother, such as Cappuccino and Latte). Vertuo is primarily a coffee system for lovers of larger cups and mugs of coffee who value high quality, but also care about a large crema. Vertuo not only meets the needs of people who like large coffees (Mug, Carafe), but also offers a wide selection of other sizes of coffee (Espresso, Double Espresso, Gran Lungo, or coffees with the addition of milk using Aeroccino milk frother, such as Cappucino, Latte). The capsules in both systems contain 100% high-quality coffee and are based on coffee blends of different intensity, taste and aroma.

Connecting the Vertuo coffee machine to the Nespresso app, including connecting the coffee machine to a Wi-Fi network, is required for the Vertuo coffee machine to update regularly the software necessary for a proper operation. With the connection of the coffee machine to the application, each Vertuo coffee machine user can be sure that the machine will operate according to the latest settings, will download the latest updates and program new coffees that will appear on the market, including limited editions, on an ongoing basis. Nespresso Grands Crus coffee blends do not contain gluten or other allergens.

As far as the influence of caffeine on health of pregnant women is concerned, it should be stated that according to scientific evidence, moderate consumption of coffee is safe both for pregnant and nursing women (moderate caffeine consumption means 200-300 mg per day, i.e. 2-3 cups). We recommend to always consult your physician in order to verify your sensitivity to caffeine. In the event of any concerns regarding drinking coffee with caffeine in that special period for women, Nespresso recommends decaffeinated coffees in three various types: Ristretto Decaffeinato (intensity 10), Arpeggio Decaffeinato (intensity 9), Volluto Decaffeinato (intensity 4) or Vivalto Lungo Decaffeinato (intensity 4). Nespresso decaffeinated coffees contain less than 0.1% weight of caffeine in order to ensure conformity with the relevant strict requirements.

Nespresso uses coffee from natural sources and removes caffeine using water and carbon dioxide. The Nestlé proprietary decaffeination process involves keeping green coffee beans in hot water in order to dissolve caffeine. The green coffee beans with no caffeine are dried, whereas the water extract passes through active coal, where caffeine is absorbed. Dried coffee beans are again immersed in the extract, which does not contain caffeine any more. Then beans are dried and roasted. Decaffeination process with the use of carbon dioxide is a delicate procedure, completed under pressure at room temperature. Caffeine is extracted in a selective process, therefore changes in coffee beans content are reduced to minimum. Nespresso offers several types of decaffeinated coffees. Both extraction processes allow to remove caffeine while preserving coffee flavour and taste. The quality of Nespresso decaffeinated coffees is controlled in the same way as the quality of all other Nespresso coffees.

As an exclusive supplier, Nespresso makes all efforts in order to ensure continuity of deliveries to Nespresso Club members. Our operations involve direct sales of Nespresso coffee capsules of Classic line and Vertuo line to final customers, which results in the limited number of a capsules order to 1500 capsules per month.

For orders placed by telephone or Internet payment is: by cash on delivery or by electronic payment card/bank transfer.

Nespresso orders are delivered to customers within one working day from the date of order placement. A Coffee Specialist will explain the reason of the delay and arrange another delivery.

A courier company which cooperates with Nespresso delivers products within one working day from the date of an order placement in our system (i.e. from Monday till Friday). If an order is placed on a working day by 6.00 p.m., the delivery will be completed within one working day (i.e. when an order is placed on Monday by 6.00 p.m., products will be delivered not later than on Tuesday). Orders placed on Friday after 6.00 p.m. and during weekends will be treated as placed on the next working day, i.e. on Monday and delivered not later than on Tuesday.

Nespresso Club in Poland completes and delivers orders only in the territory of Poland.

The delivery cost of Nespresso capsules is PLN 15 gross. For orders to InPost delivery cost is 14 PLN. For orders of minimum 150 capsules, Nespresso shall cover delivery costs. No delivery costs are charged for orders of Nespresso machines. When it comes to orders for products other than capsules or coffee machines, delivery costs are deducted from orders above PLN 349 gross.

In the event of an order placed via the Internet during a weekend or a holiday, it will be completed on the next working day. Delivery will be completed within one working day from the date of the order placement. 1. Login to your Nespresso.com account, then click here and delete the Vertuo Next from your registered machines.
2. Factory reset the machine (refer to https://www.nespresso.com/pl/en/machine-assistance#!/Vertuo-Next/instructions for instructions).
3. Make sure the machine is plugged in and turned on. The machine will power off after 2 minutes of inactivity so make sure the machine stays on.
4. Go to your phone Bluetooth settings and unpair the machine if present. (Click here for iOS instructions or here for Android instructions.)
5. Make sure your phone software is up-to-date and your Nespresso App is the most recent version.
6. Make sure Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Location Services are all turned on.
7. Place your smart device directly on top of the machine with no obstructions.
8. Launch the Nespresso App, and attempt pairing again.
9. Remember that the machine needs to be on throughout the pairing process and connecting to Wi-Fi. If it powers off, turn it back on.

The message you received is due to quality checks during manufacturing. We assure you that your machine is brand new and was not used before you. We ask you to perform a factory reset by following these steps:

1. Open and close machine head.
2. Leave the lever in the unlocked position.
3. Press and release the button to turn the machine ON, and wait for a steady white light.
4. Quickly press the button 5 times in 3 seconds. The button will blink 5 times orange and then will change to steady white.
5. Now you can pair the machine again.

1. Make sure the machine is plugged into a stable power supply and turned on. If it was off, turn on, then close and re-open the Nespresso App.
2. Make sure the Wi-Fi signal is strong.
3. Launch the Nespresso App, tap the machine icon, and select the box that says “Connectivity”.
4. The Nespresso App will search for Wi-Fi networks. If none are detected, select “Refresh” at the bottom of the screen.
5. If the machine powers off, be sure to turn it back on (it powers off after 2 minutes of inactivity).
6. If no Wi-Fi networks are located, close the Nespresso App, make sure the machine is on and repeat from step 3 above.
7. Once your Wi-Fi network is located, select it and enter your password and tap connect.
8. Once the connection is successful, select OK.
9. Under Connectivity the machine should say “Connected."

In order to obtain the best milk froth quality, use chilled pasteurized or UHT milk, skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at a temperature of about 4 degrees. If your machine still does not produce the proper milk froth:

- check if the milk pipe is properly inserted
- check if the milk froth function is properly set
- check if all elements are properly assembled; disassemble and clean all parts.

Remember to clean the milk froth section after each use by pressing and holding the CLEAN button for minimum 12 seconds. Wash the milk frothing section in a dish washer 2 times a week. Remember that the milk froth quality influences the scale build up in the machine. Perform descaling, if necessary. In the event of the problem recurrence, inform immediately Nespresso Technical Department at the toll-free number: 800 51 52 53, open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  

Remember that the Nespresso machines brew coffee at the temperature of approximately 86 degrees Celsius. Therefore the coffee is not as hot, as brewed in other technologies. In order to optimise coffee temperature:

- preheat a cup by rinsing in hot water
- run water without a capsule by pressing the Lungo button
- check if the machine is ready for operation (the cup buttons light must be on constantly)
- check if the descaling process is not on

Remember that the scale build up in the machine influences coffee temperature. Perform descaling if necessary. In order to descale the machine, purchase the Nespresso descaling set
(ref. no. 5044/1) in Nespresso Club, at the toll-free number: 800 51 52 53, on-line: www.nespresso.com or in one of Nespresso Boutiques. The set contains of two pouches with descaling liquid.

The Aeroccino device is water-resistant. It should be cleaned after each use by rinsing with cold water and drying with a soft cloth. Do not use aggressive detergents or abrasive materials for they can damage the Teflon film. Not suitable for dish washing machine.

If your machine is already out of the warranty period, you can repair it for a fee. Nespresso proposes repair amounts depending on the type of device as below:

250 PLN gross - for coffee machines:

Essenza, Inissia, Pixi, Prodiggio, U, U&Milk.

270 PLN gross - for coffee machines:

Citiz, Citiz&Milk, Prodigio&Milk.

320 PLN gross - for coffee machines:

Atelier, Barista, Creatista, Expert, Expert&Milk, Gran Maestria, Lattissima Plus, Lattissima Touch, Lattissima Pro, Lattissima Premium, Lattissima Gran, Lattissima One, Maestria.

400 PLN gross - for coffee machines:

Creatista, Vertuo.

Remember that capsules in Nespresso machines are punched in a two-stage process. After a capsule is inserted and the brewing head is closed, a capsule is punched by three spikes from the back. After the cup button is pressed, water under pressure pierces the aluminium foil in the capsule front. If your machine does not pierce capsules:

- run water without a capsule by pressing the Lungo button
- check if the used capsule container is not full
- check if there are no foreign bodies in the capsule chamber

Remember that the appropriate capsule piercing also depends on the pressure generated in the machine. Insufficient pressure can be caused by scale build up. Perform descaling if necessary. In the event of the problem recurrence, inform immediately Nespresso Club Technical Department at the toll-free number: 800 51 52 53, open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In order to obtain the best milk froth quality, use chilled pasteurized or UHT milk, skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at a temperature of about 4 degrees. Aeroccino can prepare both warm and cold milk froth. Use the appropriate mixers and milk level indicators, depending on the type of desired drink. In the event your machine:

- cannot be switched on
- mixers do not operate
- milk is not heated
- milk is burned despite undamaged Teflon film

It is important to remember that for the automatic Nespresso machines, the amounts of coffee are factory-set (Ristretto: 25 ml, Espresso: 40 ml, Lungo: 110 ml). Additionally, the amount of served coffee may vary a little, depending on the type of used capsule. If your machine serves wrong amounts of coffee you should:

- restore the factory settings – see: the instructions manual
- program the amounts of coffee according to your own needs: turn on the machine, when it is ready to work press and hold the button of a given cup until the selected cup is filled with a proper amount of liquid

Also, you have to remember that the amounts of served coffee are influenced by the extent of scaling on the machine. Descale the machine if necessary. If the problem still occurs, you should contact Nespresso Club Technical Support immediately at the toll-free number: 800 51 52 53, open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If water is found under the machine, check the following:

- is the machine placed on a level surface; are any of the rubber legs missing?
- is the water tank damaged?
- is the water tank properly located?
- where exactly is the leak located (dry the bottom of the machine and the surface)

Remember that all automatic Nespresso machines have the factory-programmed coffee volume (Espresso: 40 ml, Lungo: 110 ml, Cappuccino: coffee-40 ml/milk-50 ml, Latte Macchiato: coffee-40/milk-150 ml). Additionally, the coffee quantities may differ, depending on the used capsule type. If you machine serves inappropriate quantities of coffee or milk:

- reset to factory settings:

Lattissima Pro - on the menu please select: factory settings.

Lattissima Plus - switch ON the machine; when machine is ready. Press all 4 buttons simultaneously (Espresso, Lungo, Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato) and hold for min.5 seconds. 

Lattisima Touch - Turn OFF the machine , take off frother and turn ON your machine. Press the milk foam button and Latte simultaneously until the Clean and Descaling buttons start to blink. While all the buttons are flashing, press the buttons all the way up from the milk foam to down to Ristretto.

Lattissima Premium - switch ON the machine, when ready, disconnect the hot water nozzle or milk froth unit; after disconnecting, press simultaneously MILK and WATER buttons and hold for minimum 5 seconds.

Lattissima - switch ON the machine, when ready, press and hold ON/OFF  button for minimum 5 seconds.

- program the desired qantities:

Espresso and Lungo - switch on the machine; when ready, press and hold a cup button as long as the desired liquid quantity is obtained 

Cappuccino and  Lattte Macchiato - switch on the machine; when ready, press and hold a cup button as long as the desired milk quantity is obtained; release the button and then push and hold again, in order to ad the required coffee quantity

Remember that scale build up can influence the served coffee quantity. Perform descaling, if necessary. You should remember that the indication light of one of the cups always blinks after you turn on the machine, which is a signal of heating up. After the machine has heated up, the indication light should change to a steady mode. The indication light also have additional signalising functions. If the indication lights in your machine:

- blink one by one towards the water container, the water container is empty – refill it with water
- blink one by one towards the brewing head, the empty capsule container is full – empty the container
- blink all at once (twice a second), the machine is performing the descaling process                                                                   

In order to exit that function place fingers on all three indication lights and hold all of them until two lights go out and one remains on.

Remember that during coffee brewing, some water may leak to the capsule container and onto the drip tray, due to the water pressure. Additionally, water may appear in the capsule container in the following circumstances:

- when you open and close the capsule container, some water residue drips to the lower container
- when using not original capsules, the capsule chamber loses tightness and dripping occurs
- when the coffee type is not adjusted to the water quantity, e.g. when making espresso, pressing the Lungo button
- when a foreign body is present in the capsule chamber, e.g. a part of a used capsule (always remove capsules)
- when scale or coffee residue is collected in the coffee outlet - descale the machine

In order to obtain the best milk froth quality, use chilled pasteurized or UHT milk, skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at a temperature of about 4 degrees. If your machine still does not produce the proper milk froth:

- check if the steam function is ready for work; having moved the switch to ON, you have to wait until the middle indication button stops blinking and turns orange

- check if the nozzle is not blocked; if it is necessary, remove the nozzle and wash it – see: the instructions manual

You also have to remember that the milk foam quality is influenced by the extent of scaling on the machine. Descale the machine if necessary. Yes. As a part of the recycling project, the used capsules can be brought to  one of Nespresso Boutiques in Warsaw or handed over to the messenger delivering your coffee. The messenger collects the used capsules packed in a special bag, which the Customer receives free of charge. The used capsules' collection service is offered only during execution of the successive order placed by the Customer via phone or online, and it is free of charge. The used capsules should be packed in a dedicated recycling bag and prepared for collection when the messenger arrives. Each time, the messenger will request you to sign the following document: PROTOCOL REGARDING CAPSULES RETURNED FOR RECYCLING. Nespresso supplies new recycling bag along with the new order on express request of the Customer. We also offer you to purchase a dedicated bin to store the used capsules.
