As of February 1, 2026, all Nespresso sales invoices are made available exclusively through the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). Documents are not sent by email or in hard copy.

In order to return products (capsules/accessories, etc.) purchased by telephone from Nespresso or in the Internet Nespresso shop, immediately contact Customer Service at the toll-free number: 800 51 52 53, open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The consultant will provide further information or arrange the product return and the date.

Invoices can be downloaded directly from KSeF using granted permissions or via an accounting system integrated with KSeF.

No. The KSeF system applies only to businesses and invoices issued with a tax identification number (NIP). As an individual customer, you will receive an order confirmation — by email or as a receipt issued in a Nespresso boutique.
