If your machine is already out of the warranty period, you can repair it for a fee. Nespresso proposes repair amounts depending on the type of device as below:
250 PLN gross - for coffee machines:
Essenza Mini, Inissia, Pixi, Prodiggio, Prodigio&Milk, U, U&Milk
270 PLN gross - for coffee machines:
Citiz, Citiz&Milk
320 PLN gross - for coffee machines:Atelier, Barista
400 PLN gross - for coffee machines:
Lattissima Touch, Lattissima Pro, Lattissim One, Lattissima GranCreatista, Vertuo

A courier company which cooperates with Nespresso delivers products within one working day from the date of an order placement in our system (i.e. from Monday till Friday). If an order is placed on a working day by 6.00 p.m., the delivery will be completed within one working day (i.e. when an order is placed on Monday by 6.00 p.m., products will be delivered not later than on Tuesday). Orders placed on Friday after 6.00 p.m. and during weekends will be treated as placed on the next working day, i.e. on Monday and delivered not later than on Tuesday.

Nespresso vouchers are available from our business partners, i.e. Media Markt, Euro RTV AGD and Media Expert during the Nespresso promotion. You receive the voucher at the point of purchase of the coffee machine. The voucher can also be obtained by e-mail by contacting the Nespresso Club at the toll-free number 800 51 52 53 or by e-mail at the address klub@nespresso.com.
