To obtain information about the content of an order, you must access your personal area (at the top right of the page) and select the option “My Orders”.

You can place your orders through our website. To do so, you must have an online account created.
If you are already our customer and already have online access, you must login through the link https://www.nespresso.com/pro/pt/en/secure/login and then select the products and quantities you want.
If you are already our customer but still don't have an online account, go to https://www.nespresso.com/pro/pt/en/registration to register. You must make sure that the data corresponds to the data registered in our system and that the email used is the email associated with your customer account. When the registration is complete, you will be able to place your order.

If you already have an online account created, just access the “My Orders” option in your customer area, and then select “PDF Invoice” for the order you want.
If you don't have an online account but want to access your invoices in a simple and quick way, you can create an account at https://www.nespresso.com/pro/pt/pt/registration. By doing that, you will have access to your invoices, from the moment this functionality became available.
