Nespresso Singapore provides machine upgrade/trade in options to our Members, but the eligibility of the upgrade is subject to certain criteria.

During the 2-year warranty period, Nespresso offers the Nespresso Assistance Package for machines that are covered with valid warranty. Click here to find out more about the Nespresso Assistance Package.
For machines that are out of/not covered with warranty you will be presented with a quote based on which you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the repair. Please contact Nespresso within Singapore at 800 852 3525 (toll-free) or live chat with us on our website for more information.
In order to keep your Nespresso machine in optimal condition, you are advised to descale your machine after every 400 to 600 capsules or at least once a year. This will help to maintain the optimal temperature and quality of your espresso. Purchase a descaling kit here.
Seniority is the number of consecutive years that you have purchased Nespresso, and starts from Year 0. To maintain your seniority, you will need to make at least 1 coffee purchase during each membership year. If you joined Nespresso in March, your membership year would be defined as March to February. Seniority resets when you have not purchased capsules for the past 12 months.
You can enjoy free delivery with minimum $70 spent online. For all other orders, a delivery fee of $10.70 applies.
The $70 minimum spend online is valid for all items on the Nespresso site.
