During the 2-year warranty period, Nespresso offers the Nespresso Assistance Package for machines that are covered with valid warranty. Click here to find out more about the Nespresso Assistance Package.
For machines that are out of/not covered with warranty you will be presented with a quote based on which you can decide whether you would like to proceed with the repair. Please contact Nespresso within Singapore at 800 852 3525 (toll-free) or live chat with us on our website for more information.

Yes, you can pass your Nespresso machine to us for recycling. We work with an electronic waste recovery facility in Singapore, which dismantles and recycles the different parts of our machines, such as the cables, stainless steel and aluminium.

In order to keep your Nespresso machine in optimal condition, you are advised to descale your machine after every 400 to 600 capsules or at least once a year. This will help to maintain the optimal temperature and quality of your espresso. Purchase a descaling kit here.
