Safe distancing measures are adhered to, with all parcels collected at staggered timeslots in the warehouse to reduce contact.

Our technicians who fix and troubleshoot machines also undergo daily temperature checks, wear masks, adopt safe distancing measures and are on split team rotations to reduce contact during this period. We also practice mandatory health & travel declarations for all our staff to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.

You can order our Grands Crus exclusively through Nespresso Professional in two ways:

- at our website www.nespresso.com/pro. Please ensure that you have a Nespresso Professional membership number (found in the Welcome email from Nespresso Club) on hand when registering for your online account. You will be able to place your order online after completing your account registration.

- at our telephone number 800 186 5007 (toll-free). Our Coffee Specialists are happy to answer your questions 24/7.

Enjoy free delivery with minimum 6 boxes (300 capsules). Delivery fee of $10.00 (prices exclude taxes) applies for other orders.

Nespresso offers two delivery options: Nespresso YourTime and Standard Delivery.

Nespresso Your Time: available from 9am to 9pm daily, including Public Holidays. Choose from 3 delivery timeslots (subjected to availability, excludes No-Go zones) up to 7 days in advance from 9am – 12pm, 1pm – 5pm or 6pm – 9pm.

Standard delivery: your order will be delivered within the next working day.

Please ensure that you have a Nespresso Professional online account before placing your order on the website.

1. On the Nespresso Professional website, click on 'Quick Order' located at the top right of the page.
2. Login to your account. If you do not have an online account, please register for one.
3. Choose your desired Grands Crus and/or accessories.
4. Click on 'Proceed to Order' when you are ready to place your order.
5. Choose your delivery and payment method and review your order. If everything is correct, click on 'Place Order' to confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly.

You receive a Nespresso Professional customer number when you have successfully signed a contract with us. You can find your customer number in the Welcome Email sent by Nespresso Club, your order invoice or under My Account, My Personal Information when you login to the Nespresso Professional website. Please keep your customer number at hand when you get in contact with us, so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Please check you have filled in the correct information during registration. If you are still unable to register for an online account, please contact us at 800 186 5007 (available 24/7) and we would be delighted to assist you.

You can order capsules for your home coffee machine on our Nespresso consumer website.

If you select Nespresso Your Time, you will be able to choose your desired delivery date and time slot to be delivered. For Standard Delivery, you will receive your order within the next working day.

If you wish to cancel or amend an internet order, please contact us at 800 186 5007 (24/7 toll-free) with your order reference number immediately. If the order has been processed before you contact us and you wish to return the items ordered, please contact us for our returns policy.

If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time period, please contact us at 800 186 5007 (24/7 toll-free) and our Coffee Specialists will be able to assist you.

We will, at our discretion, accept returns or exchange of goods (excluding coffee & other consumables) within 7 days from goods receipt only if:
(1) the product is damaged before receipt of the same by you, or (2) there is a discrepancy between ordering and delivery, and provided always
that (i) such product is still in its original package, and (ii) is accompanied by the relevant original invoice issued within the same country.
For food safety requirements, no refund or exchange will be given for consumables (e.g. coffee and sugar).

Your online account is automatically created when you create a new password. You may proceed to login to your account immediately.

You can find your customer number in the Welcome Email sent by Nespresso Club, your order invoice or under My Account, My Personal Information when you login to the Nespresso Professional website. Please keep your customer number at hand when you get in contact with us, so we can help you as quickly as possible.

You are able to access your order history via our professional website. Once logged in, please click on the ‘My account’ link at the top of the page, then click on ‘My Orders.’ Do note this will only show your 15 most recent orders.

If you are a Nespresso member with a free loan professional machine, your contract is valid for 12 months minimum and indefinite maximum time. Once you have served the initial 12-month term, you may terminate the agreement by giving two months notice in writing and contractual obligations will still apply. Please contact us at 800 186 5007 (24/7 toll-free) if you require any further details. We will contact you as the cancellation date approaches to start facilitating the return of the machine. If you have any questions about this process, please call us so we may assist you.

We will enclose the invoice with the order when the billing address is the same as delivery address. We will send the receipt separately if the billing address is different from the delivery address.

You are welcome to include purchase order numbers for your orders. When calling us on 800 186 5007 and e-mailing us at professional@nespresso.com, please advise us of the number so we may add it to your order. If you are ordering via the website, you may opt to add the purchase order number on your order when you are on the ‘Order review and confirmation’ page by ticking the box next to ‘I would like to provide a purchase order (PO) number’ and adding the purchase order number into the field which appears.

If you have a purchase order number that we should use for more than one order, we will happily add it to your account via phone and e-mail. We will continue to use the purchase order number until you advise us to amend or remove it.

For many years, Nespresso has been supporting sustainable development initiatives by selecting the best coffees grown and harvested in sustainable farms and agricultural communities. The recycling of its capsules is a logical and key step in the company’s approach to sustainability.

Nespresso Grands Crus coffees are packaged in a capsule made of aluminium, a material that best protects the freshness of the ground coffee and can be recycled infinitely. All components of the Nespresso capsule are recyclable: not only the aluminium, but also the coffee grounds. These two components are separated before being processed. To be recycled, aluminium is simply re-melted. This process, which requires very little energy, results in no loss of weight or quality and can be repeated infinitely.

In Singapore, the used coffee grounds are composted and used as fertilizer in a local organic farm. For out more about our local recycling initiative.

We have launched a new PDF e-invoice function on our website that allows our customers to access their order invoices anytime. This new function also provides convenience to our customers with easy access. 

Login to your account. Under “My Account” > “Order history”, click on the PDF icon to download the invoice for your desired order.

Please note that this feature is currently available only through our website (desktop version).

There will be no separate notification to inform you of the availability of new e-invoices for download. Once the e-invoices are ready for download, you will see the PDF icon next to the order once you are logged in to your account.

Your company has been automatically enrolled to receive e-invoices for your orders so that you may retrieve them online at your convenience, without the hassle of having to contact Nespresso to request for an invoice.

Unfortunately, e-invoices will not be retroactively made available for orders placed before the launch of this service. E-invoices will only be available for orders placed after this e-invoice functionality was
