The froth of coffee occurs naturally and is only produced by the combination of coffee and air. The foam formed during the extraction process is a sign of the final coffee quality, which makes it easier to drink and increases the taste. The foam retains the coffee aromas and keeps them in the cup until the drinker sips their coffee. Vertuo is the first system to deliver the foam that is part of the traditional espresso experience in an oversized cup.

The amount of caffeine is different for each coffee and depends on two factors. The ratio of Robusta in the blend (Robusta contains twice as much caffeine than Arabica) and the amount of ground coffee used to prepare the cup are factors that affect the caffeine ratio.
Caffeine content in Vertuo coffees varies depending on cup size and coffee blend:
Espresso (40ml): 70-100mg/cup
Coffees, Mug, Xlarge: 170-200mg/cup
Carafe (535ml): 230-250mg/2-3 cups
Half Caffeinato: 70mg/cup
Decaffeinato/Decaf: 3-6mg/cupRate this answer -

Our capsules are hermetically sealed for optimal conservation of coffee aromas. Two dates are indicated on each sleeve: the production date and the date of consumption. We ensure the freshness consumption up to 12 months after the date of production. The best before date is however not the expiration date as the coffee is not a perishable product. This date is recommended for obtaining the best results in a cup.
