If your CS100 machine shows "machine blocked", please turn off your coffee machine, remove your capsules container, insert your hand into the capsule slot and remove the used capsules from the slot. Kindly put your capsules container back in its proper place and restart the coffee machine

Our capsules are hermetically sealed for optimal conservation of coffee aromas. We guarantee the freshness of consumption for up to 90 days for your order delivery. (*Free capsule testing kit up to 30 days.)
However, the best before date is not the expiry date, as coffee is not a perishable product. This date is recommended to obtain the best results in cup.
After the best before date, the loss of aroma begins very slowly through the vacuum-sealed packaging. This does not mean the perishableness of the product. As long as the coffee grounds do not have contact with air or water, it is non-perishable indefinitely. Therefore there is no health risk if the coffee is being drunk after expiration of the best before date. However, we still suggest you to enjoy Nespresso before the best before date to enjoy the most aromatic and ultimate coffee experience.
