Our current straws and nozzles are made from “PP,” or ‘polypropylene and polypropene’. “PP” is widely recycled and can be incorporated into existing systems for recycling plastic. Unfortunately you cannot place non-business orders through your Professional account. All capsule orders for your personal home machine can be placed over the phone (800-562-1465), through our main website (nespresso.com), using the Nespresso app or by visiting a Nespresso Boutique. Before ordering capsules, make sure you have registered your personal machine as you will need to have a Club Member Number. This can be done by phone, online or at a Boutique.

Recurring Orders
A Recurring Order is an order that processes on a continuing pattern based on a set time period. This is normally monthly but can be adjusted to a multiple of months or days. You may also change the processing date within the calendar month.
For operating contracts, we require a monthly order. You may adjust the types and quantities of the capsules as long as they meet the minimum monthly order of Professional capsules. This amount can be confirmed by contacting your Nespresso Representative or our Customer Service team 800-566-0571.
While having a recurring order is required for our operating contracts, other contract types can also benefit from having these set up.

We recommend using a generic finance email to ensure an employee absence or leaving does not affect the receipt of the e-invoice. The e-invoice is sent from no-reply@nespresso.com. If you are set up for e-invoicing but are not receiving them, please check your trash or any spam filters you may have activated.
