Nespresso Coffees are compliant with the Jewish religious requirements, and are thus kosher certified. In keeping with kosher certification, the Coffees without flavors are “Passover” certified. Coffees with flavors are ”Parve” certified.

Nespresso's coffee blends contain 100% pure roast and ground coffee. The flavored Variation blends contain no added sugars, but the natural flavor extracts may be considered carbohydrates.

Don’t worry! Even if you aren't home during the delivery time, you are able to select on an "agreed upon place" where your package will be stored (ex. an electricity cabinet, near the front door, etc.) anywhere that is most convenient for you to pick up your order from - and we`ll make sure to leave it there for you.
The "agreed upon place" should be mentioned in the "special instructions" section in `step 2 - delivery setup`.
Coffee is a food product, which by law we are not obligated to receive back. With that in mind, if there are several sleeves that you are not satisfied with, you may return them, paying a small cancellation fee of 35 ₪, within 14 days of purchase. For your information, coffee that is returned to us is destroyed, not resold.
Payment at the boutiques, can be done either by credit card or cash.
Payment through the website or by phone, can be done with all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Payment with a cheque or bank transfer can be done only through our phone services, with the following conditions:
1. An order paid with a cheque will be supplied only after the cheque has arrived at the company`s main office. The cheque can be sent by standard mail to the following address: Shaham St, 36, Petach-Tikva to "Nespresso Israel Ltd".
2. Bank Transfer – your order will be delivered, after payment approval. The transfer can be completed using the following details: Bank 022, Branch 001, Account number 0500518006.

In order to place an online order, first you are required to register - on the upper side, click on the "Sign in to your account" > "Create an Account" button and enter your details and an active email address. Nespresso will send a confirmation message to your email. The registration needs to be confirmed via that message.

Nespresso recommends you to descale your machine on a regular basis. For owners of espresso machines this range is every 6 months or every 500 capsules.
If your machine has a Rapid Cappuccino System the range is every 3 months or 400 capsules.
Nespresso has a descaling kit available for each machine model. Each kit contains two packs of lactic acid solution good for two cleanings and costs 27₪ (VAT included). Descaling kits are available for purchase by toll-free phone, the boutique stores or online.

Nespresso capsules are made from aluminum, a material which keeps our coffee`s freshness and can be recycled endlessly. Protecting the environment is the recompense we all receive for recycling capsules and recycling in general.
We invite you to collect the used Nespresso capsules in the Nespresso Recycling Bag (Which is a sealed bag made from degradable materials) Upon your next coffee order, you may hand the used capsule bag to the courier. A new recycling bag will be added to your new order, per request. It is also possible to add a recycling bag while ordering online. You may also recycle the capsules at the Nespresso Boutiques.
After collecting the used capsules, they are transferred to the recycling formation set up in collaboration with the company named Amnir. There, the capsules are shredded, and a sorting process is done by separating the coffee from the aluminum.
The coffee residue collected is used for the creation of compost combining soil and organic substances to make a rich nutritious fertilizer used for fertilizing vineyards.
The aluminum is sent to the Israeli industry free of charge, where it is melted and processed to be used as a component in various aluminum products.
