- We recommend using cold milk with 1.5% to 3% fat.
- Filling quantities: No more milk should be filled in than the max. indicator for milk foam (the lower mark).
- The normal result is 50% milk froth, 50% warm milk.
- The temperature of the milk foam should be between 60°C and 70 °C.
