To track your order, log to your online account, select the order you wish to track and click on Track My Order. https://www.nespresso.com/au/en/track-your-order
Alternately, you will receive your shipping confirmation email you can track the progress of your parcel at any time through our portal. You will need to click on the embedded link ‘Track my order’ and have a copy of your order number.
For Guest Checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
For Zoom2U orders, the courier will provide you an email and SMS with live tracking and courier contact information. Alternatively you can contact Zoom2u directly on 1300 562 921 to track or organise a redelivery.
