How do I update my customer details, contact preferences or register my machine information?

As Nespresso customer, you can manage the information registered on our system by logging in, and using the “My Account” section, which is located on the top right corner of the site. You will be able to modify or create the following information:

  • Register or update your machine information
  • Checkout preferences, including activating express checkout
  • Contact preferences including PDF invoices
  • Create and manage recurring coffee orders or machine subscription
  • Descaling and reorder alerts
  • Delivery addresses
  • Billing addresses
  • Payment methods
