I’m a Nespresso customer but don’t have login details. How can I place an order?

If you are a Nepresso customer but don't have online login details, simply:

  1. Go to: Registration
  2. Fill in the fields on the page, taking care with the password as this will be the password you use to login once your account is activated.
  3. Scroll down to the section titled Existing customer? Activate your online account
  4. Select Yes, I do have a Nespresso customer number.
  5. Fill in your Nespresso customer number and the post code that is associated with your account and click Continue to create your online login.
