How can I return items?

Within 14 days upon reception of your products you can return any items you do not like.

We suggest you get in touch with our customer service team. They'll be happy to give you a return barcode so you can send your parcel back for free via bpost.

Items that have already been paid for will be refunded automatically within 14 days of receipt. Items will only be accepted if they are returned in good condition and accompanied by the invoice.
