I cannot finalize my payment with creditcard. What can I do?

Check if the first and last name of the cardholder have been introduced correctly and if all other info (expiry date, CVC code…) is correct.

Other causes may be:

  • You have exceeded the maximum amount of your credit card
  • The expiry date of your credit card has been reached
  • Your balance is insufficient (in case of a prepaid card).
