Are there any differences between Android and iOS regarding the Coffee Subscription feature?

Yes, there are important differences:

  • iOS: Users can modify their subscription in the app, but cannot cancel it through the app—cancellation must be done via the Apple ID system. If the customer has more than one subscription, they need to swipe horizontally to view them one at a time.

  • Android: Users cannot modify their subscription, but can cancel it directly in the Nespresso app. If there are multiple subscriptions, they are displayed vertically, allowing all to be viewed at once on the first page.
