I tried using the NOVOAPP10 coupon but the discount didn’t apply. What should I do?

If the coupon didn’t work, check the following:

  • Are you using the correct app? The coupon is only valid in the new Nespresso Boutique app.

  • Is your device Android or iOS?

  • Is your app updated to the latest version?

  • For Android: consider clearing the app cache.

  • For iOS and Android: try logging out and closing the app.

  • Is this your first purchase in the new app? The coupon only applies to first-time purchases.

  • Was the code entered correctly in the “Promo Code” field on the Cart screen?

  • Did you add at least 70 capsules from the Original and/or Vertuo line?
