Is your device Android or iOS?
Is your app updated to the latest version?
For Android: consider clearing the app cache.
For iOS and Android: try logging out and closing the app.
Is this your first purchase in the new app? The coupon only applies to first-time purchases.
Was the code entered correctly in the “Promo Code” field on the Cart screen?
Did you add at least 70 capsules from the Original and/or Vertuo line?
