What is Nespresso's return policy?

Any product purchased via one of the Nespresso channels – website, mobile app, telephone or Nespresso Boutiques – if found defect can be exchanged, if necessary, using any of our contact channels, not necessarily the one used to acquire your product.

In case of any purchase cancellation, exchanges are valid only for products acquired on the website, mobile application or telephone, within 7 days of receipt of the request.

The cancellation of the product purchased and the exchange are conditioned to the return of it to our Distribution Center. Once that the product arrives to our distribution center, we will make a replacement or refund of the amount paid.

For (the) products in perfect condition, which were acquired in one of the Nespresso channels, you can also make the exchange in all touch points of the brand. The product must be intact and in the original box, with invoice, and within 7 days for capsules and 30 days for other products.
