We kindly ask to perform the following tests:
- Try plugging the machine into a different outlet and with a different adapter;
- Make sure that the machine is not connected to a multiple outlet or adapter with other connected appliances;
- Check if adapter corresponds to the correct voltage: 110V machines to use 20 amps adapter;
- We recommend that machine is plugged directly into a standard INMETRO outlet;
- If you need a transformer, check the machine voltage to guarantee the best fit for consumption.
