What is the Nespresso warranty?

For machines purchased in Brazil, Nespresso provides 1 year of warranty so if your machine presents unusual behavior in this period we offer free technical assistance services that include:

- Withdrawal and return of the machine to the chosen address
- Repair/replacement of damaged parts
- Complete cleansing
- Warranty repair valid for 6 months

For machines purchased in other countries the warranty is limited according to the model specifications. This is a worldwide policy adopted by Nespresso, since we operate in many countries with their own specifications.
