They are available Monday-Friday from 9 AM ET to 22 PM ET and Saturday-Sunday from 9 AM ET to 8 PM ET and they will be happy to help you. Remember to have your machine's serial number and model handy when you contact our Machine Specialist for a more efficient service experience.
