You start as Connoisseur. If you place at least one order each client year, you will become Expert after 5 years, Ambassador after 10 years. To keep the status, one order each client year must be placed (one order every 12 months minimum).
You also have the possibility to reach the next status with your consumption. To become an Expert you have to order 1000 or more during the client year, 1500 to become Ambassador. The capsule purchase must be mantained the years after to keep the status (unless you reach it with your years). As soon as you reach the necessary capsules to reach the next status, the status is changed.
For example: If you placed your first order on March 12, you have until end of February of next year to order 1000 capsules and become Expert. Or 1500 and become Ambassador. But if you already ordered 1000 capsules on September, you immediately become Expert. The year after you will be Expert, but if you do not order 1000 capsules again, you will become Connoisseur again.
