If you wish to order via TWINT, please follow the steps below:
Open TWINT App and click on TWINT+.
Select the option "Order coffee".
Enter your customer number and postcode if you already have a customer account, or order as a guest or create your own Nespresso customer account.
Choose your delivery address and add the wished products to your shopping cart.
Confirm payment via TWINT.
Check whether you have received the confirmation e-mail sent by Nespresso.
If you received the payment confirmation via TWINT, but not the confirmation e-mail from Nespresso, please send TWINT screenshot and the customer number to internet-email@nespresso.com (Nespresso Switzerland).
