How to order via TWINT?

If you wish to order via TWINT, please follow the steps below:

  • Open TWINT App and click on TWINT+.
  • Select the option "Order coffee".
  • Enter your customer number and postcode if you already have a customer account, or order as a guest or create your own Nespresso customer account.
  • Choose your delivery address and add the wished products to your shopping cart.
  • Confirm payment via TWINT.
  • Check whether you have received the confirmation e-mail sent by Nespresso.

If you received the payment confirmation via TWINT, but not the confirmation e-mail from Nespresso, please send TWINT screenshot and the customer number to internet-email@nespresso.com (Nespresso Switzerland).
