My order has damaged, missing or incorrect items. What should I do?

If something is missing from your order, damaged or something you did not request, please contact us as soon as possible via our WhatsApp channel, Live Chat or by calling Club Nespresso at 800 211 222. We are committed to providing you with a perfect experience at all times and will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.

- Package box (to see the size)
- Package contents
- Label affixed to the package
- Receipt received in order


In the subject line, we suggest you to include your membership or rut number, so that we can escalate the problem to the area in charge and confirm a new order number with the appropriate products.
