The machine is on, but no water comes out. The capsule is not punctured. What can I do?
Your machine may have an air bubble. Air bubbles can block the flow of water through the spout. They usually occur if the machine is operated without water in the tank or has not been used for a long period.
Eject any capsule, ensure there is water in the tank, and then follow the troubleshooting tips below.
For OriginalLine machines such Inissia, Pixie, Citiz, Lattisima and other models, activate the Lungo (large cup) function, allow it to complete the cycle, then press again. Repeat until water flows from the spout. Please be persistent; this might take a few tries.
For OriginalLine machicnes such Essenza y Le Cube, simply lift the coffee handle and push it outward. While applying pressure, press any of the cup buttons until water appears in the capsule chamber.
For machines with two outlets (meaning a coffee outlet, and a hot water/steam outlet) alternate between activating the Lungo (large cup)function and activating the steam/hot water function until water flows from either outlet. Please be persistent; this might take a few tries.
For VertuoLine machines, follow the Cleaning instructions in your User Manual. Please be persistent; this might take a few tries.
