What are the delivery times for orders?

The delivery time of your order, from the moment it is processed by our distribution center and delivered to the carrier, is a maximum of 3 working days in the RM (Santiago) and 6 to 10 working days in the Chilean Regions. Delivery days will depend on the region in which the order is delivered:

Coquimbo, Atacama, Maule, Valparaíso, Biobío, Ñuble and Los Ríos Regions; up to 6 working days.
O'Higgins, La Araucanía, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Los Lagos, Arica and Parinacota Regions: up to 8 working days.
Aysen, Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica: up to 10 working days.

If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day by our distribution center.
