My order has still not arrived. What should I do?

For your peace of mind, we have a specialized team that tracks orders that may be delayed, so that we can expedite the management and retry delivery.

The delivery time of your order, from the moment it is processed by our distribution center and delivered to the carrier, is a maximum of 3 working days in the RM and 6 to 10 working days in the Chilean Regions. Delivery days will depend on the region in which the order is delivered:

  • Coquimbo, Atacama, Maule, Valparaíso, Biobío, Ñuble and Los Ríos Regions; up to 6 working days.
  • O'Higgins, La Araucanía, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Los Lagos, Arica and Parinacota Regions: up to 8 working days.
  • Aysen, Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica: up to 10 working days.

If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day by our distribution center.

If you have been waiting longer than the agreed delivery time period, you can track your order here. You will be able to view it when it is processed by our distribution center and has been assigned to the carrier. You can also check the status of your purchase via our WhatsApp channel, Live Chat or by calling the Club Nespresso Chile 800 211 222, where we will assist you.
