I think I received an email or a message on WhatsApp about a contest, what should I do?

Fake contests that do NOT come from Nespresso Chile regularly appear.

These fake contests are distributed through social networks, email, SMS or WhatsApp and the name and logo of Nespresso Chile is used in the communication.

In these contests they offer participants the opportunity to win a machine or a discount voucher, but in reality the name of Nespresso Chile is being misused to collect personal data or people are being asked to pay to participate in a contest or to receive a service.

What should I be aware of?

- You will always be able to recognize our own e-mails, as Nespresso is listed as the sender in the e-mail address: ......@nespresso.com.

- Nespresso Chile never uses SMS or Whatsapp for contests.

Not sure if a message has come from us? Do not hesitate to contact us, through our Official WhatsApp Channel, Livechat or call Club Nespresso at 800 211 22, where our coffee specialists, will assist you.

If you receive a fake contest via email, you should mark the email as "spam" in your inbox and delete it immediately. If you receive a message by WhatsApp, delete the message and if it is from an unknown phone we recommend you to block it.
