What are the shipping options offered by Nespresso?

STANDARD DELIVERY ( COST $3.190)

You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our website or App, or by contacting our Club Nespresso Chile at 800 211222, Monday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 19:00 hrs.

Delivery days will depend on the area where the order is delivered:

• Metropolitan Region up to 3 working days.
• Coquimbo, Atacama, Maule, Valparaíso, Biobío, Ñuble and Los Ríos regions up to 6 working days.
• Region of Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins, La Araucanía, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Los Lagos, Arica y Parinacota, Los Lagos (Chiloe) up to 8 working days.
• Region Aysen del Gral. Carlos Ibañez del Campo up to 10 working days.

If you placed your order after 16:00 hrs on Monday-Friday, on weekends or holidays, it will be processed the next working day by our distribution center.

SAMEDAY/NEXTDAY DELIVERY ( COST: $3.590)

• If you place your order before 12.30 hrs, the order will be delivered the same day of purchase, until 21:00 hrs.
• If you place the order after 12:30 pm, the order will be delivered the next business day, until 21:00 pm.

EXPRESS DELIVERY IN 3 HOURS ( COST: $3.990)

• 3-hour delivery service is only available for orders placed between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm.
• If you place your order outside this time range, the 3-hour delivery option will not be available.

BOUTIQUE PICKUP (FREE)

You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our website or App, or by contacting our Club Nespresso Chile at 800 21222, from Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 19:00 hrs and pick it up after 3 business hours in our Boutique that you have selected.

Service available only in boutiques within the Metropolitan Region.
