1. Use low-fat or low-fat cow's milk at refrigerator temperature (about 4 degrees C).
2. Rinse after each milk preparation (see section "Hand washing the quick cappuchino system").
3. Descale the machine.
4. Don't use frozen milk.
5. Make sure the air intake part is clean. (See "Handwashing the Quick Cappuccino System" section).
