The QR code is located on the banderole of the capsule set that came with your machine. Please check the machine box to see whether the banderole has come loose and is still in the box.
If your capsule set does not contain a banderole, you can request a replacement code via our form.
Simply go to 'Wo finde ich den Code?' and follow the instructions under 'Weiter ohne Code.'
