How can I make change to my coffee subscription?

Please note that all information is available online at any time under "Coffee Subscription" or in the Nespresso app, where it can be viewed and edited.

In your account under "Coffee Subscription" (website) or "Subscription" (app), you can see an overview of your order and make edits.

Select "Edit Next Order" if you have a change request for the next delivery. With "Edit All Orders," you can adjust your coffee subscription.

You can flexibly change the shipping date, delivery frequency, or the composition of your favorite coffees up to 48 hours before shipping.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time here.
