How can I pick up my order from a parcel shop/packing station?

To pick up your parcel at a parcel store or post office branch, you only need an officially valid ID-Card.

To pick up your parcel at a DHL packing station you need your pick-up code. You can find the pick-up code either in your DHL app or on your notification card.

If you do not have the notification card yet, you will receive it by post in the next few days.
