If you sign up without purchasing a machine, you can cancel at any time when logged in to your account. If you sign up for the Nespresso Subscription by purchasing a coffee machine at a discounted price, you may cancel your subscription after 6 months.
If you wish to cancel within the first 6 months of your Nespresso Subscription, you must contact our Customer Service team by sending an email with the subject line "Cancel Subscription".
