When do I need to pick up my parcel at the pickup point or in the Nespresso Boutique?
When you choose delivery to your nearest pickup point or choose pickup in a Nespresso Boutique, your parcel will remain there for 7 days before it is returned to us.
Therefore, it’s best to collect your parcel as soon as you receive the notification that it is available for pickup.
