First use of my machine Vertuo Up

Always clean your machine before the first use or after a long time of no use.

1. Rinse the water tank before filling it with fresh drinking water (0,5 l) and then place it in the machine.
2. Plug in the machine, remove the cup holder and place there an empty container (at least 1 liter capacity).
3. Turn on the machine by pressing the coffee button once.
4. Open the machine lever and press the maintenance button for at least 3 seconds, until the coffee button lights up in fixed blue.
5. Close the lever and press the blue coffee button once to start the first rinsing process.
6. When this procedure has been completed, the machine will return to standby mode (the coffee button lights up as a fixed blank).
