I want to completely reset my Vertuo Up and also remove it from the app

Follow these steps to completely reprogram your machine with factory settings and remove all custom parameters. You will also remove your Vertuo Up machine from the Nespresso Smart.

  2. Keep pressing the coffee and the maintenance buttons for at least 10 seconds.

  3. All buttons and the connectivity LED will blink 5 times to confirm that the machine has been fully reset to factory settings.
