- Log in at www.nespresso.com with your email address and password.
-Click on the drop-down with your name at the top of the homepage to see the different options of 'My account' section:
- My orders: check the ordering and delivery information, and check your previous orders.
- My addresses: edit your shipping and billing addresses and add additional addresses.
- My personal information: edit your personal details and the information on your Nespresso machine.
- Express checkout: activate the express payment option for your next orders.
- My machines: manage and edit your machines.
- Alerts & subscriptions: receive notifications to descale your machine or to place your next capsules order.
- Contact preferences: select how to receive the informations and news from Nespresso.
